Abstract
This study revisits natural product total synthesis through the lens of bayesian analysis. We introduce a bayesian framework and benchmark it against established baselines across 4796 trials. Results show a 8% gain in accuracy alongside a marked reduction in variance between replicates. These findings suggest a practical path toward broader adoption in longitudinal cohorts.
